Privacy
This page explains what the Shaw Entertainment website collects, why, and who handles it. It covers this website only. Last updated October 7, 2026.
What you give us
The site collects information only when you choose to send it, through one of two forms on the Plan the night page.
Plan the night. The occasion you choose, the kinds of entertainment you are looking for, the parts of the event you select if you select any, the date of the event, the city or venue, a guest count range, your name, your email address, your phone number if you add one, and any notes you write. Only your name and email are required.
Just send a message. Your name, your email address, your phone number if you add one, and your message.
How it reaches us
When you press send, your answers are sent as an email to Shaw Entertainment through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form delivery service that acts as our processor. Web3Forms receives the content of your submission in order to deliver it and handles it under its own privacy policy. Our inbox is hosted by Google (Gmail).
What we use it for
To reply to you, to suggest entertainment for your event, and to prepare a quote if you ask for one. We do not sell your information, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we share details of your event with performers or a venue only as far as needed to arrange what you asked about.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email for as long as we are in conversation with you and for our business records afterwards. Ask us and we will delete your enquiry.
Stored in your browser
This site sets no cookies. While you use Plan the night, your answers are kept in your browser’s session storage so that they survive a page refresh, along with the time you first opened the form, which is used only to tell a person from an automated submission. Both stay on your device, are not sent to us, and are cleared when you close the tab.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It uses no cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not build a profile of you.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, it processes technical request data such as your IP address in order to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or call (403) 861-5958.
